We’re looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy: Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research, competitive analysis, and ideation, to product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Customer-Centric Insights: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development, differentiation, and improvements to existing offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution across product development, quality assurance, and product launches.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to prioritize and deliver features that align with business goals.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Define compelling product positioning and key differentiators to help Kerno stand out across multiple market segments, working with the marketing team to shape strategic messaging.
• ROI & Business Case Ownership: Develop business cases for new products, balancing build-vs-buy decisions and ensuring products are profitable, scalable, and meet ROI targets.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, including customer feedback, feature requests, and post-launch performance tracking, ensuring the product remains competitive and aligned with market needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Proven Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in product research with a strong techno-commercial background, preferably within the storage or servers industry. Experience in both product management and R&D roles will be a key asset.
• Product Management Experience: You can either be an experienced product manager with a deep understanding of product strategy, or an R&D specialist ready to step up into a product management role.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and production, to drive product success.
• Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to leverage data to guide product decisions, conduct competitive analysis, and drive market strategies.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise, and impactful writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Market Insight: A deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how product decisions impact the bottom line, with the ability to develop and manage business cases for new product initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the storage and servers industry, particularly with software and hardware development.
• Proven Track Record: Prior success in a product development or R&D role, preferably in the tech or hardware sector, with a strong foundation in both product management and product marketing.
