PR and Communications Executive - Contract role (m/f/d)
Our Client:
Our client are seeking a PR and Communication Executive to join their team for a contract period/fixed term.
The role involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, tracking project timelines, supporting content development, and facilitating seamless communication across teams and external partners. This position is critical in maintaining the high standards and performance of the PR and Brand teams within our clients luxury positioning.
Your Responsibilities:

Assist the PR Manager and Brand Manager in the execution of campaigns, events, and projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality

Coordinate schedules, timelines, and administrative tasks to support project management across PR and branding activities.

Support the creation of press materials, content calendars, presentations, and reports.

Track and organize media coverage, campaign results, and stakeholder engagement metrics for regular reporting

Facilitate communication between PR, brand, and other departments, ensuring alignment and integration of initiatives.

Assist in managing external partners such as agencies, media representatives, and creative vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to brand standards

Research and compile insights on competitors, media trends, and market developments to support PR and brand strategies.

Oversee the organization of team documents, assets, and resources, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for both PR and brand purposes.

Provide on-the-ground support for events, photoshoots, and activations as needed, ensuring seamless execution.
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a support role within PR, branding, or marketing.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Experience with media monitoring tools is a plus.

Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of the luxury real estate or lifestyle sectors is preferred.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
