Oracle Retail Inventory Planning (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service, including modules such as inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design customized solutions tailored to inventory planning needs, ensuring alignment with retail strategies and business goals.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization: Implement best practices for inventory optimization, balancing inventory levels with demand forecasts to reduce stockouts, overstocks, and improve inventory turnover.

Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Retail Inventory Planning solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, POS, and supply chain management, to create a seamless end-to-end solution.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct functional testing to validate configurations and ensure that the Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Cloud services meet business requirements. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies or opportunities for optimization, and implement continuous improvements in inventory planning and management processes.

Training & Documentation: Provide training to internal stakeholders, such as supply chain, merchandising, and IT teams, on best practices for using Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service. Create comprehensive documentation of system configurations, process flows, and user manuals.

Upgrades & Enhancements: Manage Oracle Retail Cloud upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure the solution remains current and effective. Evaluate new features and implement them as needed to enhance business processes.

Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Oracle’s reporting and analytics tools to generate insights on inventory performance, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiencies. Provide recommendations for optimizing inventory management strategies.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle Retail or Cloud applications are a plus.

Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Retail solutions, particularly with Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service or related inventory management modules.
- Experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle Retail applications, specifically in inventory optimization and planning.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service, including its features, modules, and capabilities.
- Expertise in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL, data integration, and data modeling, with a strong understanding of Cloud-based systems and enterprise software.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud architecture, configuration, and system integrations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to evaluate inventory data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Certifications: Oracle Retail Cloud certification or relevant Oracle product certifications are highly desirable.
