Oracle ERP HRMS & Payroll Consultant (m/f/d)

A global financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking an Oracle ERP HRMS & Payroll Consultant to join their team and help drive its HR and payroll initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain HRMS and payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and execute payroll processes, including retro-pay and budget implementations.
  • Create and manage reports using Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing products and develop new features.
  • Provide end-user support and training for HRMS and payroll systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS consultant.
  • Expertise in Oracle EBS (permanent requirement).
  • Proficiency in HR & Payroll modules.
  • Experience with retroactive pay processing.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher and Oracle Reports.
  • Bug fixing capabilities.
  • Ideally locally based candidates.
  • End-to-end implementation experience (valuable for future upgrade planning).
  • Techno-functional background (technical and functional expertise).
