• Empower the Digital Workspace: Deploy and nurture servers and systems, leveraging cutting-edge End Point Management (EMS) solutions to ensure the team operates at its peak.
• Design the Future of Enterprise IT: Craft, deploy, and optimise the core applications that the business thrives on, including the likes of Active Directory, MS Exchange, and more, using tools like SCCM, MS Intune, and Mobile Device Management. You're not just maintaining the systems; you're elevating them.
• Champion Collaboration and Productivity: Be one of the go-to gurus for all things Microsoft, ensuring tools like Office 365, MS Teams, and SharePoint are not just tools, but catalysts for collaboration and efficiency.
• Safeguard the Digital Realm: Devise and enforce policies that protect digital assets from threats, ensuring the integrity and performance of the IT environment.
• Resolve, Innovate, Operate: Tackle incidents with precision, identify systemic improvements, and keep the IT infrastructure humming through proactive operations and savvy scripting solutions.
• Continuously Evolve: Drive the technological evolution of the production environment, crafting guidelines and documentation that empower your peers and the organisation at large.
• Be a Technical Beacon: Maintain an expert level of technical knowledge within your domain, sharing insights and leading by example.
• Engage in Strategic Projects: Lend your expertise to strategic IT initiatives, occasionally stepping into administrative shoes to ensure project success.
• Collaborate for Security: Work hand-in-hand with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to fortify the digital landscape against emerging threats.

Essential qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equally compelling story of experience and expertise.
• A deep understanding of and ability to manage current Microsoft ecosystems (OS, Office) and Endpoint Management Systems like SCCM and Intune.
• A proven track record in working with business continuity and resilience.
• A scripting sage with the ability to deploy software smoothly and efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (bonus points for French or German), capable of engaging with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• A problem-solving powerhouse with a proactive mindset and the flexibility to adapt to the new and unexpected.
• A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to dive deep into new technologies and tools.
