Key Responsibilities:
- Lead custom development projects using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM, guiding developers to deliver top-notch solutions.
- Oversee Dynamics 365 CRM integration and migration, working closely with clients to define strategies and convert opportunities into valuable solutions.
- Serve as a technical architect, advising on best practices in release management, security, integration, and performance.
- Contribute to building and growing our Dynamics CRM practice, exploring market needs and crafting proposals.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in technical roles such as development, integration, or architecture.
- Proven ability to build relationships, lead teams, and manage complex integration/migration streams.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM, with Agile/Scrum Master experience being a plus.
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French, with a readiness to work internationally if needed.
- Work in local, national, and international settings.
- Contribute to defining and executing digital strategies to enhance marketing, sales, and service experiences.
