Halian is looking for a Junior Project Manager with the following profile:

SUMMARY
Leads the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new and/or existing products or services. Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements. This is typically a client facing 'billable' role.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts. 
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the delivery of projects with low complexity and low risk, the delivery of the standard project plan with minimal supervision and coordinates standard project plans, delivers against standard statements of work (SOW) 
• Performs services based on multiple level 1 services of different practices 
• Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management and sales in accordance with published procedures 
• Ensures system based project closure 
• Controls financial compliance 
• Provide input for weekly revenue forecast 
• Drives customer satisfaction in order to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE) 
• Makes management aware of potential issues or customer escalations 
• Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement 
• Ensures transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer
• Provide performance feedback to management 
• Effectively coordinates cross-functional project teams 
• Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technologies 
• Complete quarterly accreditations

SKILLS:

• Communication skills in working with the customer
• Knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English and Greek language, both verbal and written. One of the additional languages: German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Nordics is required.
