As an IT quality Configuration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the IT systems within the IT Regulatory Affairs Department. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems, interfaces, and applications. Below are the key aspects of this role:
 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Veeva RIM suite (Registrations, Submissions Documents, Submissions Archive).
• Configure Veeva Vault RIM per Pharma validation procedures, including security profiles.
• Manage the 3 annual releases and resolve related issues.
• Provide support for projects, interfaces, and reports.
• Handle documentation, installation, qualification, testing, and release activities.
• Implement IDMP requirements, automate submission archives, and explore AI technologies.
• Assist with writing and executing qualification scripts.
• Implement approved configuration changes and document updates.
• Work with global Regulatory Affairs and IT teams and Veeva Vault specialists.

Skills:

• Expertise in Veeva Vault, ideally with an admin certification.
• Experience with Cloud (SaaS) and on-premises applications.
• Proficient in REST API usage, document management systems (Veeva Vault RIM, Lorenz DocuBridge), and database technologies (Oracle, MSSQL).
• Understanding of CSV principles.
