Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage complex IT projects for our large corporate clients, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, manage expectations, and deliver project updates.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of talent, time, and budget to meet project goals.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks by developing contingency plans and addressing issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive project success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle complex issues.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
