Job Responsibilities:

• Policy Development & Implementation: Assist in shaping and implementing policies, programs, or strategies in line with broader organizational objectives 
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external partners, including policymakers, industry representatives, and institutions, to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• Project Management: Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Draft reports, briefings, policy papers, and presentations for senior management and external audiences.
• Communication & Outreach: Support information dissemination, public engagement, and awareness-raising initiatives.
• Operational & Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with internal regulations.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., political science, law, economics, international relations, communications, natural sciences, or engineering).
• Strong Expertise in Communication: Knowledge of marketing or social media analytics, data science or related areas (prior experience in countering information manipulation would be an advantage)
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience - preferably in a European or multinational environment- in policy or analysis related to information manipulation. In general at least 2 years of experience managing projects is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant digital tools, data analysis, and office applications.
• Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
