Our Client:

Our client, are looking for an HR Business Partner KSA to be based in Jeddah, KSA.

The HRBP will liaise closely with key stakeholders and act as a tactical HR Business Partner to support the Market to successfully achieve its business plan and overall strategy through the effective development, implementation and management of best practice HR activities. 

As the main HR interface with key stakeholders the HRBP will act as an ambassador for the HR function as a whole and demonstrate key HR behaviors and values.

Your Responsibilities:

Accountable for Organisational Development:
  • Work closely and partner with management team to understand the annual Business Plan and support the close alignment of market organisational structures through the utilisation of external benchmarking expertise and knowledge of the company organisational design process
Accountable for all aspects of Resourcing and Retention:
  • Manpower Planning - Take ultimate responsibility for delivering the Divisional/Market Manpower plans for all levels.  This will be achieved through formalising and conducting Market reviews and Manpower Planning processes every quarter.
  • Recruitment - understand sourcing strategies, and all stakeholder activity, to support delivery of the required divisional Manpower Plan. 
  • Take proactive steps to reduce staff turnover across all staff categories within Market through the use of appropriate HR tools e.g Exit Interviews to measure, action plan and track performance.
Accountable for the People Management Processes:
  • Manage the annual Performance Review system to ensure that it is completed consistently and on time and provide coaching and development to stakeholders to facilitate the output of better quality information from the process. 
  • Support and coach linemanagers on the Company’s Disciplinary and Grievance and Performance Management Processes to promote fairness, consistency of approach and employee satisfaction and productivity 
Implementation of HR best practice:
  • Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders and external contacts to maximise the effectiveness of the impact of the HR function on business activity
  • Be proactive in keeping the functional head updated on the status/progress of all HR activities within the Market in line with the HR Calendar and escalate any issues accordingly.
Accountable for the Succession Planning Process:
  • Drive succession planning activities in line with the business plan and corporate process within Market 
  • Participate in advise on career discussions with senior managers
Accountable for Stakeholder / Change Management:
  • Identify opportunities/initiatives for improvement of HR processes and managerial skills through proactive consultation with stakeholders
  • Act as a role model with line management by displaying leadership behaviours
Your Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years experience in HRBP
  • Experience working in KSA region
  • Team management skills/leadership
  • Bilingual english/arabic
  • excellent communication skills
