About the Role:

The Head of Asia Pacific will report directly to the Chairman and will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business development initiatives within the region. This includes setting, planning, developing, and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a regional office in Malaysia.
• Manage all operations, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of 30-60 employees.
• Lead the Asia Pacific division.
• Build and maintain a strong presence in Malaysia, serving as the regional hub for Asia Pacific.
• Provide leadership and guidance to diverse teams across the region.
• Cultivate and oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must:

• Have extensive experience in leading sales and marketing teams within the Forex, Gold, and financial derivatives sectors.
• Possess a deep understanding of the Forex and derivatives industry.
• Oversee and drive the success of business operations in the Asia Pacific region.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for business expansion.
• Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance in the financial industry.
