Mission Context: We are looking for an experienced GCP Expert/Developer to join the DATA team of our client in Belgium. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with expertise in Dataform, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical development and functional understanding, engaging effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement GCP Solutions: Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient solutions on GCP, with a focus on Dataform and data workflows.
2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business and IT teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Data Modeling and Warehousing: Design and optimize data models and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.
4. CI/CD and DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
5. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize GCP solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
6. Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation and ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
7. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and troubleshooting for GCP solutions to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
