A high growth business have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their finance team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial statements & monthly management reports.
• Lead on annual budgeting cycle & reforecasts and provide monthly analysis with value added input on P&L improvements.
• Asist in producing financial analysis on an adhoc basis, including NPV and financial return for new projects and assets
• Support in building and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Support in implementation and testing of Finance ERP

Your Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• At least 5-8 years experience in finance with some experience in a multinational organisation.
• Experience in a travel industry business is advantageous, but not essential.
• Demonstrable track record in process and system improvement. Experience with Oracle ERP or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
• Strong communicator with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with superior analytical skills.
