A newly launched destination management company have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Director to lead the finance team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Developing financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implementing cash flow forecasting and optimization strategies.
• Establishing internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Creating financial forecasts and budgets to guide strategic decision-making.
• Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Implement and maintain new ERP systems that support efficient operations and accurate reporting.
• Implement and govern procurement processes and develop procurement strategies

 

Your Qualifications

• Fully qualified finance professional (ACA/CPA,ACCA/CMA)
• 10+ years of experience, including in a leadership role, ideally in a travel, tourism, hospitality related industry
• Experience working in a fast paced startup environment is preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
