Our client are currently hiring for a very experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & Executive Chairman of an Ultra Luxury Developer based here in the UAE.
As the EA, your role will sit within the Chairman's office and you will be required to travel across middle east and Europe supporting the Chairman with numerous meetings and meetings with senior Stakeholders.
It is essential in this role to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion and uphold the Chairman's privacy and protect their personal reputation at all times.

Your Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Strategic Coordination: Assist in planning and executing key initiatives, business strategies, and special projects.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; attend meetings to capture key takeaways and follow up on action items.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Document Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate relationships with key partners, board members, investors, and senior executives.
- Operational Support: Oversee administrative tasks such as expense reporting, office management, and vendor coordination.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of professionalism.
