Our Client
A well established FMCG business in the Middle East have an exciting newly created opportunity for an Executive Assistant to their Chairman based in Dubai, UAE.


Your Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage the Chairman's personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, social engagements, and family events. Coordinate with family members and external contacts to ensure all commitments are organized and communicated effectively.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange personal travel itineraries for the Chairman and their family, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and leisure activities. Research destinations, attractions, and dining options to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Home Management: Oversee the Chairman's household affairs, including managing household staff, organizing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of household systems (e.g., security, utilities, technology).
  • Financial Management: Assist with personal financial management tasks, such as bill payments, expense tracking, and budget planning. Liaise with financial advisors, accountants, and banks on behalf of the Chairman as needed.
    Personal Errands: Handle personal errands and tasks on behalf of the Chairman, such as shopping, gift purchasing, and managing deliveries. Ensure that all errands are completed efficiently and to the Chairman's satisfaction.


Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or household manager preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with family members, staff, and external contacts.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive personal matters and information.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours and be available for occasional travel.
