Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the control and settlement of international securities transactions across private banking, fund services, and treasury areas.
  • Handle custody transfers and record tax acquisition data as part of your core duties.
  • Review incoming warehouse invoices and manage accounting and payment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including financial transaction taxes, MiFID, and CSDR.
  • Act as a point of contact for both internal departments and external business partners.
  • Support the implementation of ongoing projects and handle related tasks.


Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed banking training or hold a degree in economics.
  • You have initial experience in securities services.
  • You are recognized for your systematic and efficient approach to work, flexibility, high concentration, and resilience. You also demonstrate a strong ability to work independently within a well-coordinated team.
  • You have a quick understanding of new information and excel in independent, meticulous, and structured work.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, and knowledge of VBA and Olympic banking software is a plus.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written.
