We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech startup in the UAE, backed by industry leaders, as they scale their operations and expand into KSA. They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the end-to-end DevOps function, build a scalable infrastructure, and ensure regulatory compliance as they grow.

This is a foundational role, giving you full ownership of the DevOps function from day one. You will design, implement, and lead all aspects of cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless scalability and compliance with UAE & KSA regulations as the company expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of DevOps strategy – build, automate, and manage infrastructure from scratch.
• Design and maintain GCP-based cloud architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging systems.
• Lead Kubernetes (K8s) deployments and ensure seamless container orchestration.
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with UAE & KSA fintech regulations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
• Optimize cloud costs while ensuring high performance and availability.
• Scale and evolve the DevOps team as the company expands into new markets.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer, leading end-to-end DevOps strategy.
Strong expertise in GCP – Must have deep experience managing GCP infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) & Terraform.
Startup experience – comfortable working in a small team, taking ownership, and scaling infrastructure.
Ability to navigate regulatory requirements in fintech, especially in UAE & KSA.
Preference for candidates from a Tier 1 university in India.
