We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong finance background to join our team and work on the implementation of our new CRM system for the bank. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, specifically as an accountant or auditor, and will be responsible for data transfer and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure smooth data transfer during the CRM implementation.
- Analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, data extraction, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Utilize SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze data (preferred).
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the finance sector (accounting, auditing, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data extraction, and VLOOKUP.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python is a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
