A telecom end customer in Saudi Arabia, specializing in advanced technology solutions and services. The organization is currently seeking a Cyber Security Architect to join their team and support their ongoing project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security frameworks and design principles.
• Ensure network security through protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Secure cloud environments using best practices and cloud-native security tools.
• Protect data through encryption, data loss prevention, and database security.
• Manage identity and access control models, identity federation, and multi-factor authentication.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation strategies.
• Utilize security tools such as SIEM systems, vulnerability scanners, and incident response platforms.
• Automate security tasks using scripting languages.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in multiple provider domains including Transport, Mobile, Cloud, Application, Data Center, IoT.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SABSA, TOGAF).
• Expertise in network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in data protection techniques, encryption, data loss prevention, and database security.
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM systems, vulnerability scanners, and incident response platforms.
• Ability to automate security tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
