You will be part of a sub-team consisting of three internal members responsible for overseeing the Global CRM domain. Their primary duties will include managing various CRM initiatives.

Responsabilty:

• Oversee projects related to Veeva CRM, including scope definition, requirement assessment, prioritization, analysis, and project management.
• Assist with CRM system operations and serve as a technical liaison between business units and the development team.
• Collaborate with the broader Go-to-Market team, including web, marketing automation, events, etc., to discover integration possibilities, enhancements, automations, and ways to contribute to a 360° comprehensive view of healthcare provider interactions.
• Contribute to evaluating the migration to Vault CRM and any necessary preparation work.

Skills:

• At least 10 years in the field, with 5 years in Life Sciences, preferably in a commercial/HCP-related scope.
• Veeva CRM certified with at least 5 years of experience in pharma or Salesforce CRM environments.
• Strong ability to advise technical teams, manage projects, and possess organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in migrations is a plus.
• Good understanding of the Pharma landscape (commercial, medical, access) and Pharma tech ecosystem.
• Omnichannel understanding: experience with websites, CMS, marketing automation, emailing, and medical scope.
• Knowledge of GxP and Validation.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
