Your Role:

• Clients: Work with SMEs and scale-ups to solve their problems and understand how digital solutions can help.
• Responsibilities: Manage digital transformation projects using Salesforce, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Business Development: Contribute to business growth by assisting with proposals and providing ongoing support to existing clients.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years in a technical or functional role with multiple implementation projects.
• Skills: Knowledge of CRM processes, ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements, and Agile experience is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, team player, analytical mindset, and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch. French and English is a plus. 
• Technologies: Experience with CRM technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or HubSpot is a plus.
