Core Responsibilities
Investment Expertise & Strategic Guidance

• Provide high-level insights into financial markets, asset management, and institutional investment practices to guide product strategy and development.
• Partner with the Senior Director to shape the vision and direction of AI-powered investment solutions, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of the investment community.
• Apply your expertise in portfolio management, trading, and risk strategies to steer the development of product features that offer actionable insights to institutional investors and asset managers.

Financial Product Design & Innovation

• Lead the development of AI-driven investment platforms, ensuring solutions are tailored for market analysis, asset allocation, and predictive analytics.
• Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to integrate AI capabilities that provide real-time insights, enhancing the investment decision-making process.
• Stay on top of emerging financial trends and market shifts, ensuring that our products remain competitive and relevant.

Market Insights & Product Alignment

• Conduct thorough market analysis, focusing on trends such as quantitative finance, economic indicators, and asset performance metrics, to ensure our products meet market needs and stay competitive.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards and competitor offerings to spot new opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for clients, promoting adoption and driving market penetration.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, helping them understand how AI can enhance their investment strategies and processes.
• Work closely with client success teams to ensure product features meet user needs and provide maximum value.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key financial stakeholders, using their feedback to drive ongoing product improvements.

Financial Oversight & Operational Excellence

• Support the Senior Director in overseeing financial performance, including revenue targets and cost management, contributing to the platform's growth and profitability.
• Collaborate in financial planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure optimal investment in product innovation and market expansion.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in investment management, financial services, or fintech, with significant exposure to AI-powered investment solutions.
• Deep expertise in financial markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, and trading strategies, with a strong understanding of AI applications in the investment sector.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and strategic decisions for product development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex investment topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and quantitative finance techniques is a plus.
