The Concept Architect for the Residential Business is responsible for creating and developing innovative architectural concepts for residential projects. This role requires a deep understanding of residential design trends, customer needs, and urban planning principles to ensure that the designs meet the developer’s strategic objectives and enhance the living experience for residents. The Concept Architect will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to translate the vision into viable architectural solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:

  • Create architectural concepts for residential projects, including feasibility studies and 3D models.

• Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams and external consultants to refine and present designs aligned with business goals.

• Design Innovation:

  • Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions, staying updated on trends and materials.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure designs meet local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Project Management:

  • Manage the concept design phase, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Architecture; Master’s preferred.

• Experience:

  • 8-10 years in residential architectural design, with experience in large-scale projects in the UAE or similar markets.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and sustainability standards.
