Job Summary: The Institutional Client Servicing Specialist is responsible for coordinating the set-up and maintenance of agreements for discretionary and advisory mandates, supporting the sales desk, managing the client database, and ensuring the dissemination of client and regulatory reporting. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service to local and international institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Mandate Set-up: Coordinate the set-up and maintenance of agreements for discretionary and advisory mandates in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Desk Support: Serve as the single point of contact for requests from institutional clients and client relationship managers.
- Client Database Management: Maintain and support the evolution of the Candriam client database, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, MiFID, GDPR).
- Reporting Dissemination: Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure the timely dissemination of client and regulatory reports.
- Cross-functional Projects: Provide ad hoc assistance to the Head of Client Servicing on various cross-departmental projects.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in client servicing or a related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
