Our Client

A well established FMCG business in the Middle East have an exciting newly created opportunity for a CFO to lead their KSA finance team based in Riyadh.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s long-term growth targets.
• Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including quarterly and annual financial statements and present reports to the management team and other stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and standards. Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage the company’s cash flow, investments, and funding strategies.
• Oversee capital structure and financing arrangements. Ensure efficient management of financial resources and working capital.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and financial best practices across the organization.

 

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience and proven leadership and management experience is essential
• FMCG/manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
• Arabic speaker is advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
