We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with strong ServiceNow expertise to support the senior consultant in defining and modeling unified processes and golden rules across IT and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the design and modeling of cross-functional processes and golden rules to align IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance domains.
• Assist in workshops with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on unified service desk strategies.
• Contribute to ServiceNow platform configuration and process implementation under the guidance of the senior consultant.
• Provide operational support and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in business process consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow expertise.
• Experience in at least one domain: IT, HR, Facilities, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in French and English.
