Our client:

Our client, a leading ecommerce platform are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for KSA.

In this role, you will empower and support sellers through every step of their onboarding journey, ensuring their success and fostering strong, lasting relationships. Your efforts will directly impact our platform's growth by attracting high-quality sellers and ensuring their long-term success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Empower and guide new marketplace sellers through the entire onboarding process, including registration, training, and seamless integration into the platform.

  • Support sellers by providing clear and empathetic guidance on platform rules, policies, and best practices, ensuring they feel confident and equipped for success.

  • Nurture seller growth by monitoring performance, offering constructive feedback, and recommending improvements that enhance their journey on the platform.

  • Provide caring and attentive technical support to address and resolve seller issues, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their experience.

  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with sellers through regular communication, making sure their needs are met and their voices are heard.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest improvements and process enhancements, continually refining the seller onboarding experience to be more efficient and inclusive.

  • Lead with care by overseeing key onboarding milestones, including test orders, to ensure sellers are fully prepared and confident before going live.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and native-level fluency in Arabic, enabling you to communicate clearly and empathetically with a diverse group of sellers.

  • Extensive experience in e-commerce, sales, or marketplace management, with a strong track record in nurturing seller recruitment and onboarding.

  • In-depth familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the ability to thoughtfully troubleshoot technical issues related to seller onboarding.

  • A people-first mindset with a strong focus on resolving issues quickly and ensuring sellers feel valued and supported.

  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively and effectively address challenges to support and uplift sellers
