eProcurement Knowledge:
Understanding of eProcurement concepts and processes at EC.
Business Analysis & Reporting:
Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in reporting and data visualization.
Experience with Qlik Sense dashboarding.
Proven ability to understand complex information systems and data flows.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of SQL for data exploration.
Familiarity with data integration tools, reporting tools, and database management systems.
Understanding of data quality concepts and experience designing data quality dashboards.
Experience integrating multiple data sources in data models for reports and dashboards.
Experience in data profiling and data quality analysis to ensure data integrity.
Business Process & Data Analysis:
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into reports and dashboards.
Deep understanding of the business domain to create data-driven solutions.
Ability to bridge business needs with data warehouse solutions.
Experience in documenting business specifications, functional specifications, and data mapping.
Capability to identify data requirements, business rules, and reporting needs.
Ability to analyze data flows, sources, and usage within business processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Strong capacity to prepare and document clear business requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.
Experience collaborating with development teams on reporting and dashboard specifications.
Strong presentation skills for demos and high-level reporting.
Testing & Validation:
Ability to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing.
Capability to validate reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Methodologies & Best Practices:
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile).
Experience applying SAFe methodology.
Understanding of change management principles in data warehouse environments.
Analytical & Modeling Skills:
Extensive knowledge of analysis/modeling tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models).
