Job Overview:
The Business Analyst will contribute to high-quality, timely development and delivery of solutions for service delivery, managed services, or client-oriented projects. This role involves tasks ranging from basic analysis to leading small teams, ensuring client satisfaction objectives are met. The role also requires development of modules and low-level designs while monitoring the technical quality of work performed by both onshore and offshore developers.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements, problems, and proposal development.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications for solutions.
• Conduct basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Support Analysts and Consultants in designing presentations and structuring solutions.
• Build a foundational knowledge of services, consulting methodologies, and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Develop an understanding of IQVIA’s technology solutions and how they apply to client scenarios.
• Take responsibility for specific engagement tasks, under the guidance of Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.
• Validate client deliverables and oversee the work of offshore project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across the organization to achieve team goals.
• Strong understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the influence of internal and external factors on decision-making.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
• Awareness of industry trends, key competitors, and marketplace developments.
• Strong understanding of professional/trade associations, key industry players, and companies.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
