Our client:

Our client, an automotive marketplace are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth within our key accounts. As a account manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our top tier clients, driving revenue, upgrading contracts and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.

  • Develop account plans to achieve revenue growth and retention targets.

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client objectives.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

  • Proactively address client issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and drive account performance.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic account plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes.

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent practical experience.
