Your Mission
As an Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable IT solutions that align with company standards. Your expertise will help our teams develop, deploy, and manage applications in an optimal way, supporting the company's growth and transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design scalable IT solutions to meet the needs of the business and drive operational efficiency.
• Define architectural standards and best practices, including security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with project managers and strategy leaders to ensure alignment between IT projects and overall business goals.
• Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring that development teams follow plans and deliver results in line with specifications.
• Manage the transition to new IT technologies and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
• Tackle complex application architecture issues and resolve them effectively to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Your Profile:

• You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly valued, and prior development experience is a plus.
• Expertise in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and principles of enterprise architecture.
• Ability to analyze user needs, design technical solutions, and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset, able to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
• You are fluent in French, with a good command of the other national language, and can work proficiently in English.
