Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)
A leading technology firm specializing in innovative solutions across various sectors. The organization is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to established plans and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Technical Leadership: Understand and translate technical requirements into actionable project tasks. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and senior management. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Track project expenses and report on financial performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development projects (minimum [Number] years).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) are highly desirable.
