Contract

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in the healthcare industry to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering complex solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations. You will play a critical role in driving technical strategy, ensuring interoperability, and aligning solutions with business objectives while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end technology solutions for healthcare systems, ensuring alignment with client business needs and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and healthcare professionals, to gather requirements and develop comprehensive solution architectures.
• Lead the design of highly scalable, reliable, and secure systems that meet the interoperability and compliance needs of healthcare organizations.
• Provide guidance and expertise in areas such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Systems (HIS), and Patient Management Systems.
• Ensure that solutions comply with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee the integration of various healthcare systems and platforms to enable seamless data flow and improved patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest healthcare technology trends and emerging tools to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and efficient.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring solutions are implemented according to best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets and timelines.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHR, HIS, and other healthcare data management platforms.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Proficiency in integrating various healthcare systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, data security, and system architecture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to address healthcare challenges.
