We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Customer Service Management to join a key project. We invite you to submit your CV for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow CSM modules to optimize customer service processes.
  • Analyze and understand user requirements to provide tailored ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • Participate in the design, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure stability, performance, and efficiency of the deployed solutions.
  • Manage data migration and integration with other systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow CSM.
  • Document technical processes and configurations for knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), with at least 3 years in configuring and administering the platform.
  • Strong understanding of customer service management workflows and ITSM processes.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other tools and information systems.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration tools, such as forms, workflows, and reporting.
  • ServiceNow CSM certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
