ServiceNow Administrator (m/f/d)
Mission: As part of the ongoing operations on the CTS platform and its success, we aim to strengthen the team of ServiceNow Administrators. The role involves designing, developing, customizing applications, and providing daily support to platform users.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, build, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Provide assistance to end-users of the platform.
- Manage daily support and maintenance operations.
- Create and customize user interface policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules.
- Assist and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance.
Skills and Expertise:
Integrations:
- Data sources, Importsets, and transform maps.
- IntegrationHub ETL.
- Import/Export of data.
- UpdateSets.
Knowledge of ITSM application:
- Incidents.
- Service Catalog.
- Knowledge.
- Change.
- Problem.
- CMDB.
- Experience on Service Operation Workspace.
Knowledge of Employee Center
Knowledge of flow designer
Knowledge of reporting module
Experience in creating catalog items:
- Analysis with service owners.
- Proposal of technical solutions.
- Writing analysis documents for forms and workflows.
- Creating forms.
- Creating flows.
- Unit tests.
Documentation and knowledge transfer on completed tasks
Good mastery of Scripting (UI, Client, BR, ACL)
Good communication:
- Technical and with end-users/stakeholders.
Mastery of Agile Development module
Knowledge of process automation (sequencing of RITM)
Knowledge of Platform Analytics Workspace
Experience in deployment and configuration of Nowmobile application
Experience in large implementation projects
Knowledge of SQL
Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA.
