As a Quality Assurance Tester, you'll be responsible for validating and ensuring the quality of software applications developed by the IT team. This involves designing and executing tests, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to ensure smooth, error-free deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Design & Execution: Plan and conduct various tests including functional, performance, security, integration, regression, and acceptance tests.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, report, and follow up on bugs or anomalies, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Work with both business and IT teams to understand project requirements and create appropriate test plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements by proposing improvements, automations, and sharing insights on new testing tools and trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Professional background in quality assurance, software testing, or IT development.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools and automated testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.).
• Knowledge of common programming languages (Java, Python, Delphi).
• Strong communication skills in French, English, and ideally another national language.
