Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Provide information and regular support to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that resources and equipment are consistently available to support project needs.
  • Provide assistance to project managers and business leaders when requested.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation to support project tracking and reporting.
  • Create and distribute project reports for clients and management to communicate progress and status.
  • Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed on time.
  • Monitor project schedules and coordinate activities regularly to identify any delays or deviations.
  • Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on change management, order management, and document control activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of project scope, timeframes, costs, and expected outcomes.
  • Familiarity with formal escalation and review processes.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, documentation standards, and processes.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on various projects.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
