Our Client:

Our client are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), ecommerce, digital marketing, and growth strategies to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for our Private Sellers Vertical.

The Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing the private seller experience, driving product enhancements, and delivering measurable growth outcomes. This role requires proven business acumen, a can-do attitude, and exceptional project delivery and people coordination skills to ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities:

Customer Lifecycle & Growth:
  • Own and optimize the entire customer lifecycle for private sellers—from awareness and acquisition to engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle management (CLM) strategies that enhance seller experience, improve engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities, including pricing strategies, new acquisition channels, and churn reduction initiatives.
Core Product Management Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, customer feedback, and data insights.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product development initiatives.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, working alongside marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches. 
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and refine product positioning.
  • Manage product KPIs and OKRs, ensuring success is measurable and continuously optimized.
Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Integration:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels and conversion rates for private sellers.
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve product discoverability, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Experiment with A/B testing, personalization, and user segmentation to improve seller outcomes.
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Proactively remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track.  
  • Act as the main product liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Your Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in CLM, ecommerce, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proven business acumen with a strong ability to align product strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Hands-on experience driving product-led growth, optimizing conversion funnels, and executing customer retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into actionable product improvements.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills—ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work through challenges, adapt quickly, and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of coordinating across teams and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer behavior, and the psychology behind online transactions. 
  • Comfortable working in agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or marketplace business.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle automation tools.
  • Background in automotive or classifieds marketplaces
