We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to protect our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, network protocols, and advanced threat mitigation strategies.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure access controls.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to evaluate security posture.
• Implement and manage security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Respond to security incidents, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security measures align with organizational goals.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, recommending proactive solutions.
• Document security configurations, incidents, and resolutions for auditing and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or similar role.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing security technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of encryption standards, PKI, and secure communication methods.
  • Experience with SIEM tools and log analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or CEH are highly desirable.
