Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design.
• Mentor and Manage the Design Team: Provide guidance and leadership to junior UI/UX designers, helping them grow their skills and execute high-quality design work.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, and perform usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align on product requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Design Systems & Guidelines: Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts, user research findings, and progress updates to stakeholders and executives, advocating for the user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design processes within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, responsive websites).
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, including user flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
• Experience leading and mentoring a design team, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and inspire others.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development processes and collaborating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design or animations in UI.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with design research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or Hotjar.
