Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Dubai

Company Overview: Join a dynamic and rapidly growing IT manufacturing company in the UAE, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our financial operations and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and inter-company accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to management.
• Participate in special projects and perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within the UAE
• Must be in an IT manufacturing environment with a workforce of 1000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
