Essential Requirements:

• Regional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the region, with specific knowledge of UAE regulations and processes related to inbound and outbound logistics
• Supply Chain Management: 5-8 years of experience in a Management role within the Supply Chain function
• Procurement Background: Relevant experience in procurement

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, Logistics, or Procurement
• Experience: 5-8 years in supply chain management, specifically within electronics component manufacturing
• Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes
• ERP Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Market Insight: Awareness of economic conditions and market dynamics
• Technological Interest: Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, including automation software
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and distributors
• Reporting Tools: Experience with tools for reporting and continuous improvement
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Teamwork: Excellent collaboration and time management skills; a supportive team player
• Growth Mindset: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and distributors
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries with zero effect
• Protect brand image and reliability within external actions
• Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices
• Set up ERP system with costing and lead time resulting in more efficient risk analysis and management of material flow
• Train employees, emphasizing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of excellence
• Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization for material flow
• Responsibility for meeting the cost targets for the used BoM, executing annual cost reduction via active procurement measures
• Monitor inventory, the condition of the goods in inbound, warehouse and WIP together with production plan and sales organization requirements
• Coordinate shipping logistics
• Ensure accurate documentation & traceability of the material batches and suppliers been used
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance, makes necessary escalations and reclamations
• Aligning actions with the production quality organization and defining the KPI’s for the suppliers and incoming inspection personnel
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the incoming material flow in terms of timely availability to minimize the tight capital in the storage and ensuring the quality of the material
