Europe Access, Sustainability & External Engagement Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive coordinator to support the Europe Access, Sustainability & External Engagement (EU ASEE) Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of operational and administrative tasks, facilitating communication across different functional areas, and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Manage contracts, invoices, and purchase orders for external partnerships.
• Facilitate sponsorship and expert contracting requests.
• Optimize administrative workflows and share best practices.
• Organize and support internal and external meetings (virtual & face-to-face).
• Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action points.
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for the team lead.
• Assist with budget monitoring and contract execution.
• Coordinate financial processes related to market access and patient advocacy.
• Maintain distribution lists and support information sharing across affiliates.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new team members.
• Draft internal announcements and contribute to newsletters.
Your Profile:
? 5-10 years in a similar role.
? Fluency in English is essential; French or Dutch is a plus.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
? Understanding of biopharma, market access, and sustainability is a plus.
