Your responsibilities:Management of information and reporting: - Implement, maintain and enhance an effective management information process to ensure the data quality is in line with the Bank’s requirements and escalation rules; - Be the point of contact of European branches of the Bank for monthly compliance reporting; - Analyze, consolidate and monthly report key figures, trends, events or incidents to Headquarters’ Compliance team; - Prepare the compliance reporting for the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Board of Directors of ICBC Europe S.A.; - Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Compliance Report; - Contribute to the preparation of any other periodical/ad hoc reporting/documentation to be provided to various internal committees.
Training: - Establish the annual Compliance Training Plan for the Bank; - Coordinate internally the definition of training’s contents; - Monitor the completion of compliance trainings by all staff; - Ensure and coordinate the maintenance of HR tool for trainings provided by the department or attended by compliance department members; - Coordinate the Compliance Training Plan with all European branches; - Identify training needs and organize dedicated trainings. ? Participate to ad-hoc projects in relation to trainings or reporting.
Your profile:
Master degree in Law, Finance or Business Management or other relevant area;
Fluent in English both spoken and written. Mandarin and/or another EU language would be an asset;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Compliance and AML/CTF, ideally within an international bank or a financial institution in Luxembourg; The knowledge of corporate banking activities would be an asset;
Good knowledge of the European and Luxembourg regulatory requirements, including AML/CTF regulations;
Excellent analysis and synthesis skills;
Sense of initiative with ability to work autonomously;
Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines;
Good communication skills, professionalism
