Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and overall strategy to ensure long-term success and profitability.
• Sales & Marketing: Oversee the sales and marketing strategy, utilizing strong expertise to drive customer engagement and market presence.
• Master Planning: Lead the planning and execution of residential projects, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture through effective team leadership, recruitment, and talent development.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry.
• Sales and Marketing: Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong network in the residential sector.
• Master Planning: Extensive experience in master planning and executing residential projects.
