Our Client:

Our client are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. The new Business Development team will build and nurture relationships with our real estate broker partners in order to collaborate and achieve collective goals

Your Qualifications:
  • Identify, Engage and On-board future brokers for our clients network.
  • Be the first line of support to the Brokers for all Training, Marketing Materials, Collaterals and Communications.
  • Provide unwavering support and guidance to our clients internal brokers, to ensure they hit their sales targets.
  • Organize and conduct regular Sales review meetings.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support the collective Sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry (at least 2 years UAE experience)
  • Extensive Broker network.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
