Job Title: BI Developer

Location: Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer.
• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions, including dimensional modeling and data mining techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI technology for data visualization and reporting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and work with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to develop reporting solutions.
• Innovate and take initiative in developing data-driven solutions to business problems.
• Analyze and solve complex data-related challenges with a structured, analytical approach.

Other Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI systems, data loading (ETLs), and data modeling.
• Expertise in databases, particularly SQL Server.
• Strong query tuning and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and the internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated management and organizational abilities.
