Our Client:I'm currently working with a global leading IT Consultancy here in the UAE, who drive business transformation through solutions and services on Microsoft Cloud. Our client are currently recruiting for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager for the GCC region to join their team.
Your Responsibilities
- • Position our clients brand as the preferred brand of the choice for our (B2B) target audiences and industries in the MEIA region. Ideal customer criteria are midsized, international companies, open to use (Microsoft) technology in one of our 6 industry verticals
- Develop marketing strategies and tactics to boost our reputation and drive sales qualified leads.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution to build strong brand salience within our target industries and audience, leading to sales qualified leads.
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content marketing, pay per click campaigns, event management, and social media
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog together with our content writer that attracts and converts our target groups
- Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
- Ensure that all regional marketing materials are in line with our brand identity
- You work closely with our sales team in MEIA and your global marketing colleagues to win (new) business.
- Work closely with Microsoft on developing and executing annual co-op plans and budgets and oversee all co-marketing initiatives and events
- Understand how to translate industry business problems and business value from our engineering team into technology solution messaging.
- Account Based Marketing - Nurture your lead “personas” through our nurture tools (Hubspot) with relevant high quality neural marketing and engaging customer journeys
- Key focus is to generate targeted high quality leads (leading to deals closing) supported by strong branding
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in an international tech environment.
- An independent self-starter and no-nonsense mentality.
- Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing (or related field)
- Energetic and hands-on
- Demonstrable experience in technology B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of business applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce etc.) and cloud technology (Azure, AWS) and business benefits is preferable
- Able to think in structures as a senior manager
- You can appeal to C-levels in an inspiring and triggering manner.
- You have run successful lead generation campaigns that delivered a steady deal flow.
- Understanding of our key vertical industries is an advantage.
- Potential and attitude to learn constantly.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
